As ‘The Outsiders‘ or ‘The Henry Newman Band‘ we together make up a 5 or 6 piece band that gigs all over the West Midlands and beyond – from Andy Hamilton’s old club in Bearwood, Birmingham (now called the Silvershine Club) and The Trumpet, Bilston to the Cropthorne Village Walkabout in Evesham. We play clubs,weddings,conferences,pubs and festivals – all kinds of functions with all kinds of styles : songs from the American songbook with a touch of gospel,and tunes from bebop to contemporary funk.
